1.Your privacy is very important. Under any circumstances, your information will never be shared with anyone. Your phone number, address, and e-mail are used for shipping purposes only. Your e-mail will be used to notify you of special updates and information about your wholesale order.
 
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
Shipping:

USPS Priority or UPS shipping is used for all purchases pending weight of order. Please reach out to us in advance of placing your order if you would like expedited shipping options.

Local pickup is not currently available.

As we make all items by hand, orders ship out approximately 21 business days after the order is placed. If you place your order at market with us, we will let you know the current ETA. However, due to the ongoing logistic delays from shipping carriers and suppliers, that time may change at any given time. Being that these delays are unpredictable and out of our control, we do not refund any order due to the delay. If your order is delayed, and you would like to exchange items out for current products, you may do so. We do not refund as all sales are final.

Payment Options:

The Sandy Pearls accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of purchase as your order is made to order.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

 Return & Exchange Policy:

1. All purchases are final. If your order is delayed due to logistics or supplier delays, you may exchange items out for current available items. No refund will be issued.
2. If an item is damaged or missing please email us pictures of the damaged item or missing items and the invoice within 7 business days of delivery.
3. If an item is damaged while being worn by a customer please email us pictures, the invoice, and if any beads were lost. The buyer is RESPONSIBLE for mailing any damaged items back.

In the event that we've made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label, and once we confirm your return is in transit, your replacement item(s) will be shipped to you.
